Whereas in accordance with paragraph 19, Withdrawal from
Partnership, of the Fairfax Wannabes Investment Club Partnership Agreement
dated xx/xx/xxxx, the active club partners voted to terminate partner name
membership. Pursuant to such action and in accordance with paragraph
19, Withdrawal from Partnership, of the Fairfax Wannabes Investment Club
Partnership Agreement the active partners determined that this was an
involuntary withdrawal and the club voted to pay partner name at 100% of the value
of her capital account.

I hereby acknowledge that by acceptance of $ as of April 30, 2002, I am relinquishing all further rights in the partnership of the Fairfax
